Kyrie earned his 70 mile medal, running 3-4 miles a day during recess! He was so excited!

Mia ran 50+ this year! She ran 3-4 miles each day, too!  She was bummed not to meet the medal goal of 70 miles! She missed 2 days of school for Oaks Park and the 5th grade track meet and seriously contemplated skipping them so she wouldn't miss out on running!

The morning after school was out, the kids and I drove to Ft. Stevens to camp with good friends, the Hollands, Wilsons, Rapisardas, and Moores!! We've wanted to go with them the past 2 years, but Maco has always been recruiting! I just decided to forge ahead and attempt it without him! I was slightly nervous since we don't camp often, and it was Kyrie and Nay's first time tent camping, but it was fabulous! So glad we went!!

Nay made herself right at home when we arrived!
