Josiah's Walk to Remember

On October 2nd this year we participate in the Walk to Remember in honor of our firsborn son, Josiah! I was thrilled to have Kyrie there this year to walk and remember with us. He had his special "My Big Brother is an Angel in Heaven" shirt on to match his sister's.

During the slide show of pictures of all the babies gone too soon, Mia yelled out, "There's big brother!" when Josiah's picture came on the screen. It was precious! We were very happy to have Sittee, Cousin Michaela, & Aunt Jane there to support us this year. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of Josiah and what could have been, but it's nice to have this special time each year to just remember!

And on a side note.....my good fortune with winning raffles has been revived!! Marna, Michaela, and I all won prizes in the raffle.....and there were only about 10 prizes total. People that come with us always seem to win every year! So who wants to come next year! :)




During the ceremony they read Josiah's name and we got to light a candle in honor of him.
