Basketball season has begun! Let’s just say games are a little different this year! :) Mia is not too excited about sitting for an hour and a half. During the first game she had some friends to play with that kept her busy, plus Auntie Kelly & Sittee was there to help. Last night’s game was much more challenging as no one was there to help me and she had no friends to play with. It wasn’t that I had a hard time watching her, but I couldn’t exactly focus on the game much at all. I think I’m going to take up the offer from “Auntie” Jeanna to watch her during some of the games so I can actually enjoy the game. :)
The Titans won their first game and lost the second game in overtime by three. The second game brought me right back to the playoffs last season, and it was way too stressful for this early in the season. The Titans have been playing without one of their best players and some football guys that just came back after the season ended. Once they’re all back, I think there’s going to be no stopping them!!
Go, Titans!!
Mia and I make a treat for every home game! I know I could be a better coach’s wife and do every game, but that’s just too many!! ;)
Sitting in the stands didn’t last long!
Auntie has a convenient way of keeping track of Mia by holding onto her overall straps!
Snacks seem to work well!
Mia loved playing with the big girls!! She wanted Kenzie to “hold you” the entire game!
The soccer goal keeps her occupied for awhile!
Ring Around the Rosie!
Storytime….I think Mia has a new friend!!
I think Mia is in love with Oz! Oz played on Maco’s team last year, and he comes over frequently to watch Blazer games with Maco. So, she’s gotten to know him and follows him around wanting him to hold her. At the game I heard, “Os….Os….”. And he’s sweet enough to let her sit on his lap for awhile!
