Mia and I had a great time visiting Yaya & Papa in Arizona this month. Although, there wasn’t a lot of sun, it was so nice getting away, relaxing, and spending time with them.
Mia did a super job on the plane. Luckily there were enough empty seats, so she was able to sit in her car seat. She read, did a puzzle, had snacks, colored, and whatever else I brought!!
On our way!
After we arrived Mia had a quick nap and then it was off to a play date with some new friends! This house was basically like a mini Disneyland. Mia’s favorite was the sandbox!
Mia loved driving the golf cart!
Watching tennis!
Mia helped me make some cookies!
Mia has now become a little scared of the merry-go-around, so I got to sit on the horse and ride with her!
Mia loves to push the stroller or hold on to the side and walk along!
Rainforest Cafe!
Mia wasn’t too sure about the alligator that moved and opened his mouth.
Out to lunch at ClaimJumpers!
Watching Papa play tennis!
But Mia didn’t want to sit and watch very long. She just wanted to walk up and down the stairs. I have a feeling that basketball games are going to be very interesting this year!
Storytime at the library with Yaya & Mommy
Mia just wanted to climb the fence in the play area, rather than play with all of the toys.
Having a snack while Mommy & Papa play tennis!
Mia’s first time playing tennis! Maybe she’ll take after me someday!
Mia beat Papa in a pillow fight!
Mia loves to swing!
Making pizza!
Puzzle time!
Mia loves feeding Fifi and her baby dolls!
While at the farmer’s market, we stumbled upon a 4th grade recorder group performing outside a music store. Mia was mesmerized by the music!
1……2…….3…..Whee!!!!
Farmer’s market!
Yaya & Papa, thank you for a fun time in Arizona! I can’t wait to see you at Christmas! I love you! Mia
