We were very thankful that we were able to make it to my aunt and uncle's house for Christmas Eve! This is one of the two times a year that we get together with my mom's side for a big family get together. We did not want to miss it! Unfortunately, we were very sad that we had to miss the Kaady family Christmas. Thankfully, we're having a Kaady family game night at Marna's this weekend to make up for it! We can't wait to see everyone!
Great-Aunt Linda playing with a coaster and Mia. Mia has an addiction to coasters! She loves playing with them at our house, too!
Once again, a big thank you to Siri for letting Mia borrow her Christmas dress! Of course, the frugalness in me couldn't justify buying a dress that she'd wear for about 2 hours!!
Cousin(second)Matthew loved giving Mia kisses!
We always sing some Christmas carols, and it's not Christmas if we don't sing "The 12 Days of Christmas". We're thinking about starting a group. Let me know what you think after watching this video. Hopefully you don't get sick from the camera swinging all around!(Don't forget to pause the music on the gray music player on the right side of the screen.)

We always have to do a family photo in front of the tree, and we were happy to add Mia this year!
Cousins & Great-Uncle George
Cousins!
We do an exchange every year where stealing gifts is involved. Maco was thrilled when he opened his gift of workout videos. He was even more happy when someone stole them and his new gift was a JoAnn Fabric's gift card! That's his favorite store! Hmmm......I wonder who brought that gift??? Of course I had to steal it from him, but I lost it to someone else. But in the end, I was very thankful and surprised when Aunt Julie gave it back to me. How sweet of her! I can't wait to stock up on some scrapbooking supplies because I've got a lot of scrapping ahead. I think I took about 200 pictures on Christmas Eve and day! Ridiculous!! Betsy~ No, I won't be scrapping all of them!! I'll condense!

Our family pic!
So, I tried to get a picture of Mia holding the cookies we made for Santa. See how nicely each of the cookies is set on the plate! Well, not for long!
Mia managed to pick up the plate and in about 1 second drop them all onto the floor.
So, they weren't very pretty when we left them for Santa!
Waiting for Santa to arrive!
