I was introduced to Baby Boot Camp when Mia was just 10 weeks old, and we've been members ever since! It's a great way to workout with your baby. The classes are 60-75 minutes of cardio and strength training. At first I was a little skeptical as to the intensity of the workout. But let me tell you that I was soooo sore the first week, and it was very difficult!!
It's also a great way to connect with other moms. Mia and I have made many new friends, which has been fun! We have Baby Boot Camp mom nights out and playdates. We're also training and running races together.
If you're in my area, I strongly encourage you to check out a class. Your first class is free. Right now most classes are indoors at the YMCA for the winter. If you don't live here, you can go to the Baby Boot Camp website to find a class near you.
PS. If you're pregnant, Baby Boot Camp has classes for you, too!

Mia was pretty tired, so I didn't get a lot of good pictures.(And my camera battery died, or you could be sure there would be a lot more!)
Couldn't get Mia in the picture. She just kept crawling away!
