but I've taken it to a whole new level!!
Let's just say that I now spend my free time looking up frugal, money saving, and coupon websites while Mia's napping. And during the night, I wake up thinking about the different ways I can save money the following day!! It's basically becoming an obsession. Pathetic, I know, but I guess it could be worse!
I have saved almost $360 so far since August and that's not including my shopping trip to Albertsons tomorrow where there will be A LOT of savings happening!:)
Check out sites below for great freebies, coupons, and tips about saving money.
Freebies 4 Moms(Love this one!)
Coupon Suzy(FYI: Can't use computer coupons at Winco)
Coupon tip(Thanks to Betsy!) Albertsons will take any competitor's coupons.(This is probably nothing new to some of you, but this is a whole new world for me!)
I've also decided that Mia and I are going to walk to as many things as possible.(Too bad I didn't think of this earlier, like maybe during the summer when it wasn't raining.) We began this challenge today with a walk to our music class in the morning. It was only about a mile and a half total. It was picture day in class!
In the afternoon we needed to run errands to Home Depot and Safeway, so we walked/ran there.
I also met up with Hil to walk this evening. I think I walked almost 9 miles today! My legs are feeling it a bit :) I already have our walking errand planned for tomorrow.( I know, I'm insane!) We're planning on walking almost 8 miles to go grocery shopping! Hopefully this is a good idea, and I won't regret it!! We'll see!!
Pictures with "Auntie Hil" & "Uncle Josh" from last weekend. Mia's going to have a little girlfriend come next February! We can't wait!
Dominic(3), Olivia(11mos), Mia(7 mos) & Channing(2) (First time we've had all the kids from our small group awake at the same time to take a picture. As you can see, they were thrilled about the photo session! At least they're all looking in the general direction of the camera! :)
