Mia and I made Father's Day dinner for Maco on Saturday night! Mia's a big help! You might not think that the wife making dinner for Father's Day is very special, but it is in our household. Maco is our chef, and it's a rare occasion that I attempt to cook. I feel very blessed to have a husband that enjoys cooking. :)
Waiting for Daddy to wake up on Father's Day! We let him sleep in.
We made Maco breakfast in bed on Father's Day morning! We made my specialty.....crepes! Recently, I decided this is my signature breakfast, which was passed down to me from my dad. I plan on making it every birthday for our kids. Hopefully they like them. :)
Mia picked out a special card for Maco and even signed it herself.
Relaxing after a tiring Father's Day morning of sleeping and eating.
Marna had us over for dinner on Father's day! My dad is still in Arizona, so we'll be celebrating next week!
Daddy's little girl safe in his arms!!
Daddy's special boy in Heaven!
I am so thankful that my children are blessed to have Maco for their dad! He loves them more than I can even explain in words. Mia adores her daddy! It's so obvious every time she hears his voice and gets a big smile on her face.
Maco is such a loving, caring, fun, and helpful dad. I appreciate the way he takes part in caring for Mia and doesn't leave it all to me. He probably cares for Mia more than I do when he's home. I really couldn't do it without him! I feel privileged to walk along side Maco in this journey of raising our children together. I'm excited to see what God has in store for our family. Mia and Josiah love you so much, Maco! And so does their mommy! :) Happy Father's Day!
