Naomi and her elementary school tied together blankets for the Linus Project! This organization gives handmade blankets to kids that are seriously ill, traumatized, or in need. Naomi even drew a picture and gave it to the principal to put in one of the blankets!

Funny story about Coach Logan!  He is the husband of Ashley Honda. We grew up with the Honda family! Our families were super close, playing soccer together, and going on family vacations together. Our moms were best friends, but we haven't kept up in a few decades. Such a small world! Really appreciated Coach Logan's support and encouragement of Kyrie this season. Kyrie even was chosen as team captain by the team!

Kyrie auditioned for the school musical and was cast as Space Punk in the musical Starmites! Haven't heard of it?? Neither had we? Watched it and it looks like a really fun role for Kyrie! The show will be the weekend of May 17/18th at the Garver theater in Camas!
