Our last dinner before heading to the hospital for the induction! Thank you, Neslands!
39 weeks! Ready to go to the hospital and get this baby out!!
Not gonna be our littlest anymore! She is so excited to be a big sister!
She gets to pull the last link off because her baby sister is finally arriving!!
Such a helpful big sister!
We arrived to our hospital room to decorations and goodies!
These two and my nurse, Sophia's mom, Lila, came in earlier in the day to surprise us with these decorations! It was so awesome, and I was so surprised!!
This is sideways and hard to see, but I had to include it because Soph and Mia are so cute!
Ready to get started!
The induction has started with softening of the cervix!
Midnight snack- I slept 15 minutes the entire night! Once I was 4-5 cm, we waited to start pitocin until the morning so I could have my doctor, Dr. Morgan, and my friend and nurse, Lila, for my delivery.
Thankful to Sittee for staying with the kids overnight, and then she met us at the hospital for the delivery!
Auntie was so lucky and got to be in for the delivery too when it was only supposed to be 2 support people! Thank you to Lila for pulling some strings!!
Love my doctor! Liz Morgan- she made it to Josiah's delivery after finding a babysitting for her kids in the middle of the night. Then made it to Mia's delivery, too! The next two babies we switched to Kaiser, so couldn't have her as my OB. So happy to be back with her again for our last baby! She even came in on her day off to deliver Nyla! She is amazing! We have had an almost 17 year baby delivering relationship!
We are ready to meet our little girl!
So thankful Lila could be my nurse for the delivery! She was the best!
Soon to be Dad for the 5th time!
Got an epidural at 7cm and then couple hours later she was ready to come out! After basically falling out and one push, she is here!
Sorry for the blood, but had the show the knot in the cord! Always freaks me out!
First pic with Mom & Dad!
Dr. Morgan delivered 3 of 5 of our kiddos! She said we are the most special family to her!
This was an amazing team!
Dad loves his kisses!
Maco was so happy to finally meet her!
Auntie was so happy to be here for the delivery after being at all the births, except Naomi's when she left to teach a class for an hour!
Sisters arrive!
Naomi and Mia were the first to meet the baby. Papa picked them up from school and brought them an hour after I had her!

The Neslands get to meet Nyla on her birth day!
Love her hair!!!
Just mom and my girl! Everyone went home for the night, including Maco, to take care of the kids! So it was just the two of us! And a great night. She woke up every 3 hours to eat, and I hadn't slept that well since before I was pregnant!
Can't get enough of her hair! She and Kyrie were born with hair. Nay and Mia were born bald. Nyla has more hair that Naomi did at a year old!
Day #2: Nay was so happy to come back after her half day at school! She got to spend the whole afternoon with us at the hospital!
More kisses with Dad!
Naomi was so excited that she got a whole meal at the hospital!!
Nyla's first bath and Naomi gets to help!
Getting ready to go home!
Naomi gave up helping get her dressed after she kicked a couple times!
Love this soft blanket that was Naomi's and then shared with cousin Lucy for awhile!!
Ready to go home!
After just one night(well 2 nights including the induction), we were on our way home! I may have stayed one more night, but the kids wanted me home!
The girls got to sit in the back together!
Naomi couldn't have been more excited!
Arrived home to a box full of yummy treats from Aunt Jane!
Pumpkin bread from Aunt Joann and zucchini bread from a neighbor!
Our first guests at home to see Nyla! All the Kaady sisters! Aunt Jane & Sittee
So happy that Aunt Eileen was in town to meet Nyla!
She loves holding her and reading to her!
Nyla likes the swing!
Kyrie will take any time he can get with Nyla since he is gone so much with his activities!
First night at home! Ready for bed!
I LOVE this picture of her hair!!! She slept right by me all night. She even did a 6 hour stretch!
2 days old! First day at home by ourselves! She slept a lot of the day!
