As always, Aunt Jane makes the person's favorite birthday dessert no matter now many birthdays there are that month! Amazing!! This month was Maco and my celebration! The peach/berry cobbler(maco's choice) and chocolate cake with chocolate whip cream frosting(my choice) were delicious as always!

Spending my 42nd birthday in the gym with 5 games all over town! 2 for Mia, 2 for Kyrie, and 1 for Maco! And we even got all 5 wins! So happy!
After GFU beat Lewis and Clark, we went for a spontaneous birthday dinner with the fans at the game, Auntie, Kinley, and the McCulloughs! We ended up at Tilt in the Pearl on a Saturday night!! Probably the first and last time my kids will be in the Pearl on a weekend!:) I kinda felt cool though!
So appreciate the parents that take pictures of my kids with their awesome cameras!
The championship win! The crazy thing is Kyrie played against the nephew of Maco's former player, Kyle Mercer, at Mountain View High School! So crazy!
And to top my birthday weekend off, the boys finished undefeated on Sunday and won their first tournament championship! The boys have worked so hard and improved tremendously, so it was nice to see it all pay off after a lot of close game losses!
So fun watching these two together!

We had a Journey theater Frozen viewing party with Naomi and Olivia and families, so the kids could watch their performances! Kyrie was so excited and set up a Frozen viewing area for everyone!

A rare family dinner out after a GFU win!!
Uncle David and Aunt Cassidy singing the Purple People Eater song at our godson and cousin, Caleb's, memorial. It was Caleb's favorite song and so special singing it all together! Loved hearing the stories Uncle David had to share about Caleb, too!
Caleb's grandma, my Aunt JoAnn, spoke so eloquently about Caleb! She is an amazing writer and tells such great stories through her writing. I was in awe at the courage she had to get up and speak when hurting so much!

Auntie Katie is another amazing writer and spoke such beautiful words about Caleb! She said Caleb is perfect love and that couldn't be more true! He loved everyone so deeply! Caleb made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the world!
These middle school girls were Caleb's peer buddies at school and had so much emotion when they spoke about how much they loved Caleb and what an impact he had on their life! So sweet!

It still doesn't seem real that we won't see Caleb at our future Eaton family events. My heart aches for his parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and all of his family and friends...….I'm thankful for our time with Caleb and the unconditional love he showed each and every one of us, but wish we had much more! I honestly pray that I can emulate even a small portion of the love and joy that Caleb showed to all he came in contact with each day! We love you, Caleb Henry Sears!
