Went up to Tacoma for my PLU tennis coach's memorial service! It was one of the best 4 hours I've ever spent! Coach was the most inspirational, compassionate, joyful, happy, encouraging person I seriously have ever met! He will be greatly missed, but his legacy lives on in all the people he has touched!
One of the sections of the memorial service was when former tennis players got to share special memories! I feel so blessed that out of 30+ years coaching the men at PLU,I was on one of the 6 years of womens' teams he coached!
