We counted down for 2 weeks, and it's finally the big day! Mia is in the AM class at Dorothy Fox Elementary in Camas! She is thrilled!

This made me laugh....."When I grow up I want to be what Mommy is, a substitute teacher!" And that was after she said she doesn't want to be a mommy because you have to get your "blood pressure", which is your blood drawn! ;) I told her that kids bring a lifetime of joy! She wasn't convinced it was worth it!

Kyrie would have totally stayed at school had they let him! He told everyone he was 5! Wishful thinking!

Kyrie had to get his own photo with the fox! Apparently this is a huge attraction on the first day of school with a long line for pictures!
I can't wait to see what this year of kindergarten has in store for Mia! I am very excited to see all that she learns and how she blossoms this year! Class of 2026 rocks! :)
