Mr. & Mrs. Gunter!

So excited we all got to be here in Chicago for my little sis' big wedding week! We had a fabulous time and are so happy for them! It was an amazing wedding. I tried to put a lot of pictures, so those of you that wanted to be there, could feel like you were! Enjoy! Preparations for the reception It's a late night getting the baby photos for the reception tables ready! Bachelorette party day put on by Katie's roommate, Lauren, and our cousin(Katie's BF), Marlana! We started off with the most delicious brunch! Katie & her sweet future sis-in-law, Jazmine. Beach time! My beautiful little sis! Walking down Michigan Avenue! Pool time! Facial time with a yummy oatmeal/pineapple mask! Dinner & lingerie shower Our bachelorette all ready for a night out on the town.....starting at midnight! Wow! This mama is not used to going out so late! Thank goodness for the 2 hour time change! Fun night dancing! Wedding rehearsal.....the big day is getting closer!! Rehearsal dinner...Chicago pizza style! So happy to add JoZef to our family! Dad giving one of his hilarious toasts....or should we say "roast"! The wedding day has arrived! Getting all pretty! Mia wanted to paint her nails, too! It's hair time! So pretty! Mia's turn for hair! First time curling it! The bridesmaids helping Katie get ready! JoZef gets his first look at the beautiful bride! I was a bridesmaid, Maco read scripture, and Mia was the flower girl....oh yeah, Maco got to be a co-flower girl, too! No pictures yet of that! :( JoZef's sweet family! We got locked in the waiting room and had to knock for someone to open this gigantic warehouse door! Mr. & Mrs. Gunter....they did it! The bridesmaids! It's party time! Time for the toasts! Maco and I thought these may have been the best toasts given by all that we've ever heard at a wedding! Mia wanted to help Papa with his toast! Marlana's toast was fabulous!! My handsome date! Time to cut the cake! Photo booth silliness! The shoe game! This is where the bride and groom hold up the shoe of the person most likely to do something.....lose their wallet, better driver, take out the garbage, etc....It was pretty funny! The newlyweds first dance! Not only was Maco the scripture reader, he was the photographer's assistant during the dances, too! He is a jack of all trades! The bride and our girl! Garter toss Look at all those single guys! Bouquet toss....see Kelly in the front??? Watch out Ladies! No one has a chance! Oh how happy she was!!! Will these two be next to find love since they caught the garter and bouquet?? We had a wonderful brunch the morning after, put on by JoZef's mom! Game time! Our last day in Chicago hanging with the newlyweds! Mia had a blast!
