We had a nice Thanksgiving full of relaxation and family time. We had Thanksgiving dinner with Sittee, Maco’s aunt, and cousins. It was very nice and low key. Wish we could have seen my family, but they’re in AZ for the holiday each year.
Since Mia LOVES baking, she was all about helping me make Thanksgiving sugar cookies this year. Although she definitely likes to eat the dough more than make the cookies!
Daddy even got in on the action!
When I had the great idea to make Thanksgiving cookies, I didn’t realize that we didn’t have any T-giving related cookie cutters. So we made due with tea pots, hearts, and teddy bears! Mia chose the color green! :)
Mia wanted to help me peel potatoes this year…..please ignore the horrible attire!
Thanksgiving day relaxing and Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!
Maco made the turkey again this year, so he was in charge of carving…..he’s learning!! :)
Playing with Cousin Zach!
Cousins Zach and Michaela
Sweet Auntie Eileen read to Mia for a long time! She loves reading….hope it lasts! :)
I was told not to come into the room because they were laughing, and apparently I can’t do that or something! I was able to capture a quick photo!
Mia’s very own bottle of wine! :)
Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! Even in the tough times, we have so much to be thankful for!
Bring on Christmas!!!! :)
