A Day of Thanks!

We had a nice Thanksgiving full of relaxation and family time. We had Thanksgiving dinner with Sittee, Maco’s aunt, and cousins. It was very nice and low key. Wish we could have seen my family, but they’re in AZ for the holiday each year.thanksgiving cookies 004

Since Mia LOVES baking, she was all about helping me make Thanksgiving sugar cookies this year. Although she definitely likes to eat the dough more than make the cookies!

Daddy even got in on the action!

When I had the great idea to make Thanksgiving cookies, I didn’t realize that we didn’t have any T-giving related cookie cutters. So we made due with tea pots, hearts, and teddy bears! Mia chose the color green! :)

Mia wanted to help me peel potatoes this year…..please ignore the horrible attire!

I was told not to come into the room because they were laughing, and apparently I can’t do that or something! I was able to capture a quick photo!
