So, I probably shouldn’t even be putting this up on the blog yet, because even though we have an accepted offer on this house, it’s no where near ours. They accepted our offer, but the offer is contingent on the sale of our house within the next 45 days. So, their house remains active and they can still accept more offers. If they do, we have a 5 day bump period, in which during that time we can decide to forego our contingency(which we wouldn’t), back out of the offer, or get our house sold.
The house is about 2000 sq ft, which is about 600 square feet more than we have now, so the extra space will be nice. It’s also a mile from a really nice park, on a cul-de-sac, and has a really fun backyard. But the best part is it’s 3 miles and only 5 minutes from Union!! I am so excited about this.
So if everyone could pray for the right buyer to come our way(if that’s what is supposed to happen), I would greatly appreciate it!!
