It’s finally here! Mia is two years old! She is such a little girl now and definitely not a baby anymore, which is a little sad, but just part of life! She has clearly made it known that she is no longer a baby and would like to do things herself saying, “Mia do it!”. She does a very good job expressing herself and talking, and fortunately I understand most of what she says! She still loves running, climbing, jumping, and anything else active. She loves giving hugs and tells us she loves us all the time, which completely melts my heart. I hope she never gets too old for that, but I have a feeling she will. :( She is getting much taller(90%) and is still thin(25%), but remains consistent with her growth throughout the past 2 years. I have so much fun just hanging out with her. We get to just laugh and have fun together! I love her so much and am so thankful that God brought her into our lives two years ago!
Here are the photos from the past month:
Visiting horsies with Auntie!
Mia’s modeling debut!! :) Mia’s friend, Noah, asked her if she would be in his first birthday invitation picture. She of course accepted because she knew she would get a special treat for doing it. She loved her lollipop!(Noah’s Mommy even let Mia borrow this fun skirt for some basketball games!!)
Afternoon walk with Baby!
I think that Mia’s favorite thing to play with is her bubbles!
Mia was practicing sharing the playing cards with all of her friends.
Mia and Daddy’s special time together is bath time and cuddle time afterward!
Mia loves keys and she likes to try and open garage doors as we walk through the neighborhood!
Mia loves hats!! Here she’s put one on Foofa!
First bubble bath! Is it ridiculous that I still capture firsts??? :)
Mia loved playing the drums at her friend, Mikayla’s birthday party!
The birthday girl playing catch with Mia!
Doing push-ups with Daddy!
Mia LOVES to bake! Anytime I am cooking or baking in the kitchen, she will immediately start pushing the chair over to the counter. We decided to make Daddy some cupcakes for his team in honor of his birthday!
Birthday time with Daddy!
Valentine’s Day!
Mia and Cha Cha helped me make a gigantic heart chocolate cookie for Maco. As you can see when I walk away for a second, disaster strikes. They were trying to eat as many chocolate chips as possible before I got back!
Mia made a special heart magnet for Daddy for V-day!
And with one of my Walgreen freebies, we made Daddy a special 8 x 10 collage of pictures with his true valentine….Mia!! I’ve totally been replaced!
Mia loves cards and enjoyed opening her’s from us!
