Can’t you tell Santa’s saying, “I can’t believe this mom is making her daughter sit on my lap when she’s freaking out!! What a mean mom!!” As most of you know I love pictures, hence 400 pictures on every blog post! Because Mia was terrified of Santa last year, we didn’t get a picture with Santa, and that was so very difficult for me! :) So, this year I thought I would try again. We took many trips to visit Santa, and Mia seemed to be warming up to him. Well,I decided that I would sit on Santa’s lap to make her feel more comfortable, but she still freaked out. I just told the photographer to snap the picture anyway. I figured it was a memory and she won’t be scarred for life!!! Right???? So here is our photo with Santa. It’s been quite a long time since I’ve sat on Santa’s lap!! Hopefully next year I won’t need to be in the picture, and we’ll have a smiling girl sitting with Santa!
