What a great surprise! My class threw a baby shower for Mia. It was so sweet. They called me down to the art room to "help" with something. I was supposed to be in a "meeting" with Mrs. Wise, but I said I would stop by quickly. Little did I know when I walked in, that it all was a set up for the surprise! We had cake and treats(diapers with gummy worms), and I was showered with many wonderful gifts from my students. They all made me feel so loved and special! It was a day I'll always treasure!
Even the boys came to the shower.(Actually, I don't think they really had much choice. I'm sure they didn't mind getting treats, skipping out on work, and ooohing and ahhing over pink girl clothes :))
Who has the mustard in their diaper?
The students made a beautiful quilt for Mia! They each decorated a square for her, and it turned out so cute. I can't wait to tell Mia all about my wonderful students that made this amazing quilt for her.
More fun clothes....Dressing Mia is going to be so fun!! Thank you to all the parents and students that helped make this shower so nice!
